Jonathan,
Are you choosing save from the file menu while the stack is still open, and after the save completes the stack is messed up?
Or are you closing the stack after the save, and on reopen it's messed up?

I am encountering the problem while saving, rather than while closing.
I tried setting the vscroll to 0 - but it did not work.
I even tried sending a custom message to the stack in 1 tick (after saving), then having that custom handler set the vscroll to 0 - but still no luck.
Thanks for trying though - any other suggestions?
