If you do one or more things like this and have not yet saved the
stack, you can always choose "Revert to Saved..." from the File menu.

If you had realized immediately after deleting and chosen Undo from
the Edit menu, it would have restored the last deleted object, but
there isn't a way to get back multiple objects some time later.
