I do agree Dan's position :-)
You can't know all third party products and if they will stay available and reliable in the future.
As for Message Box Picker, bilingual (English/French) documentation is included :-)
The unenhanced IDE is already a deep enough forest...
Nevertheless, a third party products list would be useful but it's another job... off the topic.

The "in principle" argument is simple. The unadorned, unenhanced IDE is the common denominator that needs documenting. Third-party tools should be documented by their developers, not in a general-usage IDE document. There are several completely alternate IDEs running around out there. I think the basic need is for documenting what comes with Rev out of the box.
