I'd agree with Dan's decision NOT to cover third party products especially in a guide to the IDE; it should strictly cover the IDE itself as the product is shipped/d/l'd.
Especially for newbies/non-programmers, you don't want to be making references to anything that's not actually present with the software as it comes out-of-box. Just my two small monetary units...
