To the degree that it adheres to the common courseware interoperability standards (SCORM, IMS, AICC), it should be relatively straightforward to make courseware in any tool to integrate with Moodle.
Of those Moodle supports SCORM modules only. Otherwise, it is all custom programmed. It is not designed for high interoperability.
Moodle is a set of PHP modules with MySQL or PostgreSQL db behind. It should be possible to connect to Rev through sockets with a php-based pathru lib.
