Thanks for this info. As it turns out, we are trying to solve the exact same problem in the tech support queue for someone else. I was stumped.

The thing was, he did not experience the problem until he started working with unicode. I'm not sure what would trigger the problem only at the point; presumably he had the font installed long before that. If anyone else has had this problem and it isn't because of a font issue, please let me know. Thanks.
