just a question, as I don�t know if I get you right.
is the auxilliary stack launched by the executable you are trying to
delete? If so, you can�t let that stack delete the executable, as it is
still running. (the engine) Or are you trying to delete the file from
the newly installed app? this should work the way eric suggested.
