Well... even if it was not actually "automated" if there was just a
way to include all the images into either the executeable file, or
perhaps a data file along with it.

Like having:
mainprogram.exe
mainprogram.dat

Where mainprogram.dat would be an archive containing all the .png's
and such needed within the program for images.

Basically just some form of alternative to including all the image
files individually along with the application.

You could always import them into the stack itself before building. Use the File menu -> Import as Control -> All images in folder.

If you have a lot of images or they are large, this will really bulk up your stack on disk.
