I haven't filed a bug report, but I will if no one else has. I just
assumed it had been filed. I remember it coming up on the list just
a couple days after Tiger was released. I'll check into it and file
one if it hasn't been. Thanks

Confirmed. Not just the IDE -- affects the engine.
Have you filed a bug report?
Twice in the same week we've seen twice in the same week how
Apple's cavalier attutude with backward compatibility can bite us
(the other is altBrowser)....
