hmmm.. no netbios or samba here (don't like em) so looks like good old
raw sockets will have to do :)

Well, if the networks are connected then you can just copy the file to
the different machine. This eliminates the need for a client/server
app. If they are on 2 different networks that are not connected, then I
would recommend you go the sockets route.
