Thanks. It's far from perfect, but I find is just interesting enough
that I might participate if it were alive =).
With that said, is there a group of people that are interested in
taking something like this off-list and trying to reach consensus to
build something? Or has it run it's course as an on-list exercise?

Intriguing twist and amplification of the proposal, Brian. I think
it's important to keep the thing really simple and I"m not sure
whether the complexity your approach adds would push the idea over the
effectiveness cliff. But I like the way you think and process stuff!
