On OSX, it also seems to work simply to click the filename
WhatEver.rev.sh, removing the .sh, and confirming in the following
dialog that you want .rev but not .sh. I don't know why Safari isn't
offering a "Save as" option with ctrl-click "Download". (It does
sometimes, not others.)
