I do not agree : you save as necessary in the scripts of the substack and, in the menu item "Standalone Application Settings ...", window "Stacks", you have just to check "Move substacks into individual stackfiles".

I don't really see a difference there. To each their own. The point is, the data stack can't be distributed within the standalone executable.
