Not quite - iCal uses the vCal standard. Recent version of iCal uses XML based pList files to created indexes of the wierdly named files - but that is a minor point. I am working on both cVard, vCal and Apple Address Book integration over the last week - should be finished the first beta on Wednesday - any testers?
