2 BIG questions: 1.
Suppose I author a piece of software and somewhere within it use the logos of Mac, Win and Tux without any words (c.f. the icons used in the RR help system) if I use them without seeking any licence or permission from Apple, Microsoft or L.Torvalds (?) am I liable under copyright law? 2.
