All,
To complicate the situation, on Tablet PCs the usable screen rect
changes on-the-fly at runtime when the user changes screen
orientation and shows/hides the Input Panel.
Whether or not your app takes up the whole screen when running on a
TPC, it needs to be aware of and potentially respond to either action.
