To be more precise, I want to use Lucene (http://

Not the main point but FYI, the software will use also a SQL
database.
Is that a bit more clear???
:-)
If you create an external to call Java methods from within
Revolution, you may connect to Java Lucene.
I have developed such an external for Mac and Win. I'm mainly using
it to connect to Apache Derby, which is a SQL database written in
Java.
I have created a free-ware application "F-ab" which is a browser
for Flash movies. The application has been created by Revolution
and is using Apache Derby as an internal database. The Mac OS
version of "F-ab" is downloadable at the following URL:
http://www.f-ab.net/
(I will release the Windows version this week or next week.)
