I had to do this recently and I used Klaus Major's "Analyze it.." tool to make text files listing all the components & scripts for each stack, then used TextWrangler (a Mac text editor) to find the differences. The tool is available as part of Klaus's 2lz2 package on his web site <http://www.major-k.de/xtalke.html> You will have to make changes manually though.
