You've definitely got something strange going on. Just to test this
out I created a small rev stack using an SQLite stack in the same
directory, built a standalone, and deployed it onto a Win2003 server.
Accessed it via terminal services and all went well. Didn't have to
fiddle with compatibility, didn't have to set the default directory.
Colors looked fine, database worked.
