Some of my stacks make heavy use of standard Rev image library images
as button icons. Short of placing a copy of each image in the
standard Rev image library in one's stack, is there a way to include
the whole library when you create a standalone application? If memory
serves this used to be possible in the old 1.x and early 2.x
standalone builders.
