Thom.... Not sure exactly what you mean here, so it might help to clarify.
CRM = CUSTOMER (not Contact) relations (not relational) management system used in business to track interactions with customers, sales, etc. But you COULD mean a Contact Manager, aka sophisticated address book. If you clarify that, someone may be able to provide an answer.
