I'm not sure about that. When I tell the IDE I want to delete a card,
I expect that card to be deleted. That's not undoable, whether it's
the last card or not.
While there's not built-in Undo for that, it may be worth reminding
newcomers here that there is a revert command which will restore the
stack to its last saved version.
