More a heads-up really! I'm guessing it has something to do with the
way in which the constant text substitution works, but it's it's very
annoying and has caused me some grief until I realized what was
happening!
Doesn't happen that way for me with (WinXP, 2.6.1, standard editor) or
(WinXP, 2.6.1, Constellation)
Double-clicking does just what I expect ... selects a single word (in
the traditional sense of "word", not the Rev definition of "word")
What version etc. did you use when you saw the problem ?
