We are only talking about the RunRev IDE running under MacOS 9,
right? You can still build Mac OS 9 apps under the latest version of
RunRev running on a PC or MacOS X, right?

We are talking about Rev engine. IDE is mostly platform-agnostic. To
build OS9 standalone on OSX, you need OS9 engine.
