Thanks Jacqueline, But the question remains which log is helpful to post and where to find it. There is no easy way to extract the log from the Microsoft Dr. Watson dialog that I am aware of. In a previous post somebody suggested that the log of interest was located at:
C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Microsoft/Dr Watson/user.dmb However, that to me appears to be gibberish binary data. There is another file in that folder on my machine called "dtwtsn32.log". Is that the one?
