Hi Scott,
You need to make sure they are all on the same subnet. I would use
the following settings:
Mac IP: 192.168.0.3
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Win IP: 192.168.0.4
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
They should see each other after that.
