I'm having some trouble with sheets opening at a mysterious location
seemingly unrelated to the topstack. Even weirder, the topstack is not
the only one that's modal when the sheet is up -- every stack is
initially modal, then I can click to the desktop and back again and none
are modal.
Clues?
