When I try to redirect output using shell() the output of the command-
line tool (on Windows) is still returned instead of being
redirected. Is there a way to do this with shell().
I could tinker with "open process", but a few years back I found a
lot of bugs there and dumped extensive reports on RunRev. Maybe
those bugs don't apply when opened with "for neither", IIRC they
mostly had to do with comm.
