Hi all I heard rev is found in GPL and search some where in URL , but did not find such site. Can any one suggest me about licencing of Runrev ? .

Laurent, The STS XML Library does not touch the XML contents (or the tree for that matter) in any way; that is, it does not impart any encoding or decoding to the XML tree.
