Just tried to find "executionContexts" in the
documentation for DC 2.6.1 and RRMedia 2.7.2 and found
nothing.
then made a quick stack to see "executionContexts" in
action, and there they were

I wonder why there seems to be some resistance to
documenting these things? Maybe some people are
worried that it will give the impression that RR is
somehow not quite up to standard. I don't see it that
way - all it would show is that with a highly complex
thing like RR documenting it comprehensively is
well-nigh impossible.
