The revdb documentation is not very clear on this, but when trying to
activate the blob encoding your code should look like the following:
put "*b" & URL("binfile:" & it) into tRowData
put "INSERT INTO Fotos(FotoID,FotoData)" &" VALUES(null,:1)" into tSQL
put revdb_execute(gConID,tSQL, "*b"&"tRowData") into tTmp
you might check out the doc's on revQuerydatabaseBlob which are a little
more explicit on how to use the syntac
