Exact, Chipp, your answer didn't include any attack against Luis... and I thank you for that.
But the guy had apologized (let's not discuss whether this was a convincing one or not)... and still he continued to be told off, being accused of more than his words had implied.
Your attitude is out of order.
I wouldn't call Luis a saint.... It is not just his attitude that has been out of order.
