Yes, sort of, built right into Rev. Open the docs, and at the upper right is a "Search" button. This is a comprehensive search rather than the quick search available from left-side field. You'll get a palette.
The buttons across the top of the palette show different resources you can query. It is pretty comprehensive. You can look at individual user web sites, mailing list archives, RevOnline, collections of stacks on the web, etc. Hold down any of the buttons at the top of the palette to see a list of further options for that category.
