I don't believe they are random.  I recognise them all from e-mails
attempting to sell me viagra.  Especially that Israel Kelsey.  Keep an
eye on her ;-))

I have a game programming book (for Python) that has a random name generator
that takes a list of names and randomly chooses characters from them. If
anyone thinks that would be interesting, let me know.
