Hi David,
I think you're right. There is no message that is triggered when a
stack is loaded into memory. Even if there were such a message, it
would be of little use, since people can always lock messages before
loading your stack. You cannot depend on such a message.
Maybe we can solve this issue if you tell us why you need this.
