Charles, I didn't notice one other line in your code, so I would
suggest you put the following into the multiline msg box to see what
you're actually getting:
put the short date into tDate
convert tDate from short date to dateItems
put tDate
You will get 2006,12,30,2,0,0,7 I think there is an item in this
that you are not anticipating.
