Thanks Bill! So it sounds like I won't need to do anything special when
developing Rev-only unzip features on Windows. That's good!

Windows has some additional security measures that render its built-in
unzipper of dubious value. It won't extract .com files for example. You
almost always need a third party utility whether it's 7zip (my fave),
WinZip, WinRAR< StuffIt, etc. This is what you're running into.
