As long as we're talking about this, does anyone know of a
(preferably free) OS X packet monitor for those who don't have
Interarchy? I've read that the built-in OS X firewall can be
adjusted to log outgoing as well as incoming packets but the
instructions for doing that in Terminal are too scary for me.
