Joe, perhaps you mean, 'can Flash be used to create architectural drawings'-- like a CAD app. The answer to that is NO. There are no real units in my version of Flash, and there certainly is not 'fillet' or 'chamfering' type tools. I wouldn't think anyone would use Flash to create mechanical or architectural blueprints.
