Package it up pretty much the way it is, build in the restrictions, remove
the licensing requirement, turn it loose, and not
have to think about it any more...
In principle I think this looks fine (Borland have done it with old versions
of C++ Builder and Delphi) but they'd need to add to those restrictions a
disclaiming of support. Zero support would be the only financially logical
policy on the Classic package.
