jurisdictions as they vary from state or region to state or region on top
of any national acts and or in conjuction with those acts.
And - BTW - ask the Australian citizen jailed in the USA (extradited by
Australia to the USA) this week about how things are "public domain" on the
internet. I'm pretty sure he'll be very helpful - he has nine years to
explain it to you.
