For some reason this is still listed as an enhancement request and
not a bug.
As a workaround, have a look at the 'ln' command in the Terminal,
which will work for folders as well as files.

Can it be made a bug then? I mean the file it creates is not Alias
and is therefore useless for anything.
Seems like everything I try there is a problem with. My stack are
more work-around than code at this stage.
