What's new in Rev 2.8.1-gm-3

Okay, so I downloaded the newest version, installed to just to read  
the release notes (when are these ever going to be placed in the  
archive?) and compared them with GM-2's release notes and they're the  
same. Also a quick search of the mailing list archives didn't turn up  
a release announcement.

So, what's new in GM-3?
