Guys, we're looking at this report from the standpoint of GLX2 right now. I'll let you know how we fare with it as soon as we have some insight.

We have a front script that looks at all object getting deleted so that we don't end up with any orphaned tabs, but there is not code that deletes any object unless the user explicitly deletes the object directly.
