I dont think that there should be a printed documentation because
Revolution cost USD 350 (I believe I paid more).
And I dont particularly think that there is a need for a real beginners
guide. I hope a person like Danny Goodman or somebody else kan be
persuded into writing that for commercial reasonns - having it published
by IDG or another publishing house.
But Revolution is such a powerfull tool, and it needs to be understood
correctly and documentationn is a part of this tool ... sparing users
hours figuring out syntax and possibilities in the scripting language.
I still believe that HyperCards original HyperTalk Reference - a thick
book with well organized descriptions of all commands, parameters and
syntax.
Two things made this so valuable: Its lean and precise descriptions and
its well thought structure. Have a look at that ... and considder a
rewrite for Revolution+ all the new revolution possibilities.
