Difficult to answer because it depends on what's your project ?
You can really manage some "sample stacks" or even build an app with
the script limits, but the condition is... to know how to.(spaghetti
scripts)
First, I suppose you have looked for the tutorial -> Using the starter Kit.
Many solutions are possible.
But just consider that using the starter kit is an evaluation of the
software. The real question/problem is the price !!!
Too high for a student (thanks to Judy Perry) or even a hobbyist at home.
You are more lucky if you work on a mac, train yourself scripting on
HyperCard !

So, the problem is here : if I don't know xTalk programming, I can't
really use the starter kit...
That's why we need examples ;)
The Rev team is supposed to give more in the 1.1...
