I haven't heard of anyone doing a freely-downloadable one as yet (anyone
want to?

s.html> welcomes your contributions). The general approach, like the
approach to creating tables, is to make a scrolling group containing all
the elements (fields for the text and icon buttons for the disclosure
triangles or plus/minus icons), and script to show and hide text, and
reposition the buttons, appropriately.

This will become easier in 1.1 with the ability to embed an image in a field.
