If you want to use a menu bar not in the current stack, then set the
defaultMenuBar global property when your stack starts up.  This property
refers to the stack to use for the menu bar if the current stack doesn't
have the menuBar property set (set it to empty on all other stacks).  But do
this only when testing your application: in the development environment this
will conflict with Revolution's own menu bar.
