regards, Geoff For those who don't know, the stack goes through all the documentation for Revolution, extracting the information and saving it to a different format. Three formats are available: RTF (hence the name), text, and HTML. RTF and text are single file exports, HTML creates one file for each entry. All three formats are modifiable, exposing the text format they use so you can change it if you like. HTML has an advantage over the other two formats, in that it preserves most of the text style information, and creates hyperlinks for most of the cross references. Text and RTF are both easily searchable, since they are single (very large!) files.
