Thank you to those who have answered my initial questions about Revolution and QuickTime. Here's a few more:
1) Is there any way to get and also set the height and width of a QuickTime movie? Sometimes I like to double the size of the playback, or fill the entire screen with a movie. 2) There appears to be at least two ways to play a QuickTime movie. One is to use the "play" command (play videoclip mMyMovie at loc etc.), and the other is to manually create a player. Is it implied with the play command that the movie is being "played" in a player? If so, how do you name the player? Is there an advantage of creating player object with the player tool over using the play command? Is there a way to script the creation of a player and dynamically assign a QuickTime movie? This is getting to be a lot of fun. Thanks for your comments. -Dave
